I modified the Open Dates sheet in the SLS to include more information. There is a column for where I met the hostess, whether she needs a hostess packet and if she's an 'email girl.'
More importantly, the flip side of my Open Dates sheet has always been my Prospect Log. I copy this 2-sided form on brightly colored paper so I can see it from across a room. It is literally always with me. I want it so that I can book a party without calling someone later. Also, so I can make hostess and prospect calls whenever I get a few minute break in my day.
